I like shrimp and have been supporting Italian food specializing in shrimp dishes for 7 years with the support of local people.
This time, we started mail order as a cold pasta specialty store "Evita".

☆Snow crab and blue crab soup Tomato cream spaghetti
We have prepared a soup pasta dish using our proud sauce, which we have been making for 12 years since before we opened our restaurant!
Approximately 10kg of snow crab and blue crab are slowly grilled in a low-temperature oven to concentrate the flavor, then simmered for 12 hours to extract the richness and flavor into the tomato sauce, which is then finished off with a rich tomato cream sauce by adding our homemade béchamel sauce.

This soup pasta is made with plenty of large white clams, a Chiba specialty! It's a luxurious dish made with a stock made from six large white clams measuring about 8cm, and flavored with garlic and chili pepper! It is further enriched by the umami of sea bream stock (fumede poisson).
